Community Design

Most of our future residents will reside in one of 172 apartment plans in a multi-story building on the South-side of the campus. The apartments will be internally connected to the common spaces through internal corridors so leaving the building is never required! They will range from 591 square foot efficiency studios to 1,215 square foot two-bedroom options. Each apartment will have access to one assigned surface level parking spot. 

12 cottage-style duplexes will border our North-end of campus. Residents will have a choice of two 1,300 square foot floor plan options, both that come with covered parking.

The former Lexington 2 building will be completely re-facaded and unrecognizable! On the inside, 24,000 square feet of furnished space will become a restaurant, cafe, fitness center with locker rooms, clinical spaces, art studios and more! Down below, a nearly equal sized basement offers an opportunity for some more adventurous activities! Woodworking? Maybe! Wine Cellar? Love the idea!
